I am not super into the Neti-Pot. I've tried it, and I found that it did help, but in general it is not some amazing cleansing feeling. I generally feel like I'm water-boarding myself. Eventually the brine is comes out of my mouth and nose and everything is flushed nicely. It's a weird sensation, but I have not sought it out after the last time my sinuses were last super stuffed.
